What inspired you to pursue a career in dentistry?
I always loved going to the dentist as a kid, and as I got older, I realized just how much a healthy smile impacts overall well-being. Seeing firsthand how dentistry can transform not just teeth, but confidence and quality of life, made me want to be part of that journey for others.
What is your favorite part about helping patients achieve their dream smiles?
A dream smile is about so much more than just the “before and after”—it’s about the entire experience. I want every patient who walks through our doors to feel at ease and well cared for from start to finish. Unfortunately, a lot of people avoid the dentist because of fear or bad past experiences, which often leads to neglecting their oral health. I truly believe that by making dental visits positive and stress-free, we can change the way people think about oral care—and maybe even get them to enjoy coming in!
If you could share one tip for maintaining excellent oral health, what would it be?
To all my fellow coffee and tea lovers—I get it, giving up your favorite drinks isn’t an option! To keep your smile bright, try drinking through a straw to minimize staining, and rinse with water after you indulge. Little tricks like this can keep your smile bright without sacrificing your daily pick-me-up!
